Tammy Wachter is the owner / operator of Kidsville Family Child Care in Spicer, Minnesota and is owner of TKW Consulting which promotes quality child care through provider education. Tammy has been in the early child care profession since 1980. She has cared for nearly 350 children in four states and has owned and operated state licensed child care facilities as well as family child care. Tammy has been involved with early care education for 10 years. She has been involved with all aspects of conference planning and organization. She is also a much sought after trainer and speaker. She is a certified to train many child care education projects and has helped in the initial planning stages of several of these projects. She is also dedicated to the promotion of quality early care through education and is a vocal advocate for children, early care, and professionalism in the child care profession.
